Inaugural Wharton ESG Initiative Undergraduate Fellow

Sapphira was appointed an inaugural undergraduate fellow of the highly selective Wharton ESG Initiative which incorporates all Wharton Risk Center mandates and others in the areas of education, health, etc. The fellowship is a year-long student program designed to complement students’ academic experiences at Wharton/UPenn by providing education, career development, and practical engagement on climate risk management, disaster resilience, and sustainability topics that are relevant to private and public sector stakeholders. As the founder of Wharton/UPenn’s first ESG innovation-focused student club – Penn Innovation Network (PIN), Sapphira plans to contribute cutting-edge ESG ideas such as Climate Hypocrisy Risk (CHR) and gamification to the team and learn from creative colleagues at the Wharton ESG Initiative.
